Practical strategies, expert insights, and resources for teachers, leaders, and education professionals.

About
SEMH Education

Welcome to SEMH Education.

I’m Kieran Smith, a qualified teacher with experience from Year 1 through Post-16, both in mainstream and specialist SEMH schools. I now work as an Education Officer in a Youth Justice Service, supporting some of the most vulnerable children in education.

Through training, consultancy, and practical resources, we help schools develop trauma-informed, inclusive approaches that work in real classrooms.
